Hallo zusammen!

Ich vermiete mein gemütliches Apartmentzimmer über den Sommer unter, während ich nach Hause gehe, um meine Familie in England zu besuchen.
Von ungefahr der dritten August (03.08) bis der ertse Woche im Oktober wird mein Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen.
Es handelt sich hier um eine UNTERVERMIETUNG und daher beträgt die Miete nur 2 Monate, bzw. für AUGUST und eventuall SEPTEMBER.

Du teilst dich die Wohnung (d. h. Küche, Bad. Balcon, und platz im Keller) mit meinem Vermieter Marcus, einem sehr charmanten, freundlichen und lockeren Therapeuten. Du wirst ihn treffen, wenn du zur Besichtigung kommst.
Es ist wichtig zu beachten und zu verstehen, dass dies eine sehr private und friedliche 2-Personen-Wohnung ist, also perfekt für jemanden, der sehr sauber und gewissenhaft ist und den Raum und die Ruhe respektiert. Das ist überhaupt keine Party-WG

Mein Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit Bett (1,4m), Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Gitarre. Der schönste Aspekt des Zimmers ist der große Südbalkon, der den ganzen Tag die Sonne einfängt.

Die Lage ist absolut unglaublich, besonders in den Sommermonaten. Die Wohnung liegt im hübschen Freiburger Vorort Ost in Oberau in Richtung Littenweiler, am Taleingang zum Schwarzwald und ist daher beidseitig von Bergen (Roßkopf und Kybfelsn) überragt. Die Straßenbahn und ein Edeka sind nur 2-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist auch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Altstadt, 5 Minuten zum ZO (großes Einkaufszentrum). Besonders toll ist, dass der Ort nur 100 Meter von der Dreisam mit den kleinen Inseln und 200 Meter vom Strandbad für entspannte Tage oder Abende am Fluss oder Pool entfernt ist.

Meine Miete beträgt 380 inkl. aller Nebenkosten, also Internet, Wasser, Strom und Nutzung der Waschmaschine etc.

Ich glaube wirklich, dass dies einer der perfektesten Orte ist, um den Sommer in Freiburg zu verbringen!

Cozy sublease for the summer in a beautiful location

Hello, everyone!

I'm subletting my cozy apartment room for the summer while I go home to visit family in England.
My room will be available from around the third of August (03.08) to the first week of October.
This is a SUBLET and therefore the rent is only 2 months, or for AUGUST and possibly SEPTEMBER.

You share the apartment (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, balcony and space in the basement) with my landlord Marcus, a very charming, friendly and easy-going therapist. You will meet him when you come to view.
It is important to note and understand that this is a very private and peaceful 2 person apartment so perfect for someone who is very clean and conscientious and respects space and tranquility. This is not a party apartment at all

My room is fully furnished with a bed (1.4m), desk, wardrobe, sofa and guitar. The nicest aspect of the room is the large south-facing balcony, which catches the sun all day.

The location is absolutely amazing, especially in the summer months. The apartment is located in the pretty Freiburg suburb of Ost in Oberau in the direction of Littenweiler, at the valley entrance to the Black Forest and is therefore dominated by mountains on both sides (Roßkopf and Kybfelsn). The tram and an Edeka are only a 2-5 minute walk away. It's also only 10 minutes by bike to the old town, 5 minutes to the ZO (big shopping mall). What is particularly great is that the place is only 100 meters from the Dreisam with the small islands and 200 meters from the lido for relaxing days or evenings by the river or pool.

My rent is 380 including all utilities, i.e. internet, water, electricity and use of the washing machine etc.

I really think this is one of the most perfect places to spend the summer in Freiburg!
