12qm, 420warm, Kartäuserstrasse, 3 min zu Dreisam, Schwabentor und Schlossberg zu Fuß
Ist'n Altbauzimmer mit immens hohen Decken, 3m+. Im Zimmer sind schon Hochbett + Bettgestell unten, Kochzeile, Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und Kühlschrank, gerade schlaf ich unten, es ließe sich aber schnell wieder Platz für Sofa oder ähnliches schaffen. Den ganzen Tag Sonne weil das Zimmer nicht zur Straße sonder hinten raus liegt, heiß wird es aber trotzdem nicht wirklich hier drin.
Ich würde sagen Zweck WG wegen den eigenen Kochzeilen, aber die Mitbewohnis haben sicher Lust mal was zu unternehmen und dich kennenzulernen
