Ich, Marga (59), vermiete Zimmer in meinem Reihenhaus, im Rieselfeld. Neben mir würden zwei weitere Mieterinnen mit dir hier wohnen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Regal, Whiteboard) und ca 12 qm groß. Die große Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine ist gut ausgestattet und wird von uns allen benutzt. Der Garten mit Terrasse, Waschmaschine, sowie der Fahrradschuppen können mitbenutzt werden. Das Haus liegt ruhig in der nähe des Naturschutzgebietes. Supermarkt, ÖPNV und Ärzte sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir sind keine klassische WG, sondern jeder geht seinen Pflichten nach und ab und zu ergibt sich etwas Gemeinsames. Internationals Welcome.
Neues Stadtteil Rieselfeld, nahe Naturschutzgebiet, 5 Minuten zur Strassenbahn, gute Anbindung an die Autobahn.
I, Marga (59), rent rooms in my house, in the Rieselfeld. Besides me, two other tenants would live here with you. The room is furnished (bed, desk, chair, closet, shelf, whiteboard) and about 12 square meters. The large kitchen with a dish washer is well equipped and is used by all of us. The garden with terrace, the washing machine, as well as the bicycle shed can be shared. The house is quietly located, close to the nature reserve. Supermarket, public transport and doctors are within a few minutes walk. Internationals Welcome.
