The room and the common areas are fully furnished and fully equipped. The room, the living room and the kitchen were completely renovated in 2023. Besides the fully equipped kitchen, a 35 sqm living room with terrace and a garden, 2 daylight bathrooms with shower/bathtub, in total 4 toilets, and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) are available for communal use. The communal areas and bathrooms are cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels can also be provided on request.
The total rental price includes all utilities: heating, electricity, water, garbage, GEZ, internet as well as weekly cleaning of the common areas and maintenance of the garden!!
Simply arrive with your suitcase and feel at home - everything else is at your disposal!
The total rental price for the room/month is 695 €.
Please note what is included in the price. A clean and fully equipped house is a luxury :)

The house is centrally located in the Herdern district, a pleasant and quiet residential area with good connections to the bus and tram. From the house you can get anywhere quickly by bike - approx. 10 minutes to the city center or to the university. It is only a 2-minute walk to the bus station and a 10-minute walk (700 m) to the tram station Okenstraße.
Shops such as Kaufland, Aldi and Lidl are about 5 minutes away by bike or a 10-minute walk. There is also a bakery just around the corner.
Right now, there are 7 Chinese Master and PHD students (4 girls, 3 guys) living at the house. They spend a lot of time at the university but in the evening and weekends they like to spend time together such as cooking etc. The tenants do not have to worry about any housing-related bureaucracy and can live comfortably and stress-free. In case there are any questions you can just post them into the WhatsApp group that we have ;)
