Ich vermiete ein teilweise möbliertes 18,9 m2 großes Zimmer (mit gemütlichem Doppelbett, Tisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank) in einer modernen, frisch renovierten Wohnung.
Das Zimmer hat einen gemeinsamen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist mit WLAN und einer modernen Einbauküche mit Essbereich ausgestattet, 2 Bäder (WC und WC + Bad). Wir haben auch einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Dieser Ort kann von September bis November 2019 gemietet werden und ist möglicherweise bis Dezember verlängerbar (verhandelbar). Die Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 440,50 Euro. Dies kann praktisch sein, wenn Sie nach einer kurzfristigen Vermietung suchen, bis Sie in Freiburg etwas Bleibenderes finden.

I am sub-letting a partly furnished 18,9 m2 room (with a cozy double bed, table, chair and wardrobe) in a modern, newly renovated.
The room has a shared balcony. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and a modern fitted kitchen with a dining area, 2 bathrooms (WC and WC+bath). We also have a dishwasher and washing machine for common use.
This place is available for rent from September - November 2019, and possibly extendable to December (negotiable). The warm rent including all utilities is 440,50 Euros. This might be convenient if you are searching for a short-term let till you can find something more permanent in Freiburg.

Zum Supermarkt (Edeka) und DM sind es ca. 200 m. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bäckereien. Mittwochs und samstags gibt es auch einen Bauernmarkt in der Nähe des Supermarktes.
Das Max-Planck-Institut ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß (750 m) entfernt.
Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 4-5 Gehminuten (300 m) von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Reutebachgasse entfernt, von wo aus Sie in ca. 10-12 Minuten in die Innenstadt gelangen. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichen Sie die Innenstadt in 15 Minuten.

It is a 3-5 minute (200m) walk away from the supermarket (Edeka) and DM, and there are several eating places and bakeries nearby. On Wednesdays and Saturday, there is also a farmer's market held near the supermarket.
The Max Planck Institute is a 10 mins away by foot (750m).
Our flat is a 4-5 minute walk (300m) away from the Reutebachgasse tram stop, from where you can reach the city centre in about 10-12 mins. By bike you can reach the city centre in 15 mins.
