Da ich meinen Master bald beende, verlasse ich mein Zimmer un suche jemanden, der es mietet . Das Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte Zimmer der Wohnung und es hat einen eigenen Eingang. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und möbliert. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird, also ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, Esstisch mit zwei Stühle. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Küche, Badzimmer, leider kein Wohnzimmer.

Because I am finishing my Masters soon, I am leaving my room and I'm looking for someone to rent it. The room is the second largest room of the apartment and it has its own entrance. The room is very bright and furnished. It is all there, what is needed, a bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, dining table with two chairs. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, unfortunately no living room.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Tennenbacherstr.) ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Du erreichst das Stadtzentrum in etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad,15 Minuten mit dem Bus, 20 mit der Straßenbahn oder 25 zu Fuß.
Die Nachbarschaft ist wunderschön und da sich die WG neben dem Berg befindet, bleibt sie recht frisch. Es ist sehr praktisch zum Wandern, Joggen oder einfach nur zum Genießen der Natur

The closest bus stop is only 5 minutes away and the closest tram station (Tennenbacherstr.) is 15 minutes away. You can reach the city center in approximately 7 minutes biking, 15 minutes by bus, 20 by tram or 25 walking.
The neighborhood is beautiful and since it is next to the mountain the WG keeps quite fresh. It is very convenient to go hiking, jogging or even just to enjoy nature
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Jen, Anna und Shakna sein, alle super lieb sind. Das Leben in der Wohnung ist ruhig und entspannt, aber das bedeutet nicht, dass du nicht zusammen rumhängen können. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, den du einhalten muss und das Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt

Your roommates will be Jen, Anna and Shakna, they are all very nice. Life in the flat is quiet and relaxed, but that does not mean that you cannot hang out together.
We have a cleaning schedule, that you must comply with and smoking is not allowed.
There is an annual charge of 55 EUR per year for the trash.
We are looking for someone to stay long term, so longer than a year, preferably longer than 2 years.
