Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind für Freiburger Verhältnisse relativ groß. Neben den zwei Schlafzimmern haben wir ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch, eine Küche mit Balkon und ein Bad - alles natürlich zur Mitbenutzung und bereits von meiner Mitbewohnerin gut eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Balkon geht auf eine Art Innenhof, so dass man dort keinen Verkehrslärm hat und bei einer Tasse Tee wirklich dem Vogelgezwitscher lauschen kann :)
Das Zimmer ist hauptsächlich unmöbiliert, da ich ausziehe und meine Sachen mitnehme. Es gibt voraussichtlich nur einen großen Schrank. Die Südfenster (in meinem Zimmer und im Wohnzimmer) haben einen schönen Ausblick auf die Wälder und man kann von hier aus das Münster sehen).

The apartment and room is relatively big for Freiburg's standards. In addition to the two bedrooms, we have a living room with a large couch, a kitchen with a balcony and a bathroom - all shared of course and already well-furnished and decorated by my flatmate. The balcony faces a sort-of inner courtyard, so there is no traffic noise there and one can really enjoy a cup of tea while listening to birdsong :)
The room is mostly unfurnished, since I am moving out and will be taking my furniture with me. I will leave a large closet and there might possibly be a bed available for us (from my flatmate) if necessary. The south-facing windows (in my room and in the living room) have a nice view of the forests and one can see the Münster from here).

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Naturnah aber trotzdem praktisch und die Innenstadt ist leicht zu erreichen.
Straßenbahn Verbindungen:
3 Minuten Fußweg: Linie 4, Haltestelle Hauptstraße (von dort 3 Minuten zum Europaplatz Haltestelle)
5 Minuten Fußweg: Linie 2, Haltestelle Rennweg
4 Minuten Fußweg: Bahnhof Freiburg-Herdern (da gibt es auch eine Frelo-Station)
Ca. 17 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt (Europaplatz), 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten):
Bioladen Verde, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland
Der Wald ist auch leicht zu erreichen für eine schöne Wanderung.

The location is very good! It's close to nature but still quite convenient and the city center is easily accessible from the apartment.
Access to Tram:
3 mins walking distance: Line 4, Hauptstraße Stop (3 minutes to Europaplatz stop from here)
5 mins walking distance: Line 2, Rennweg Stop
4 mins walking distance: Freiburg-Herdern Train Station (there's also a Frelo-Station there)
Ca. 17 mins walking distance to the city center (Europaplatz), 5 mins biking.
Nearby grocery stores (within 10 mins walking distance):
Bioladen Verde, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl
The forest is also quite close by for a nice hike/walk in nature.

Ich ziehe aus, aber die Hauptmieterin (meine Mitbewohnerin) kommt momentan aus ihrer Auszeit zurück, deshalb unterstütze ich ihr bei der Suche erst mal. Wir suchen jemand für 1 Jahr (evtl. länger), die gut in unsere 2er WG passen würde.
Wir haben eine sehr freudige und entspannte WG-Atmosphäre. Meine Mitbewohnerin wohnt schon eine Weile in der Wohnung, daher ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet und deshalb ist es uns wichtig, eine Untermieterin zu finden, die rücksichtsvoll ist und sich gut um die Wohnung kümmern kann. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und halten die gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche sauber. Wir haben keinen strikten Putzplan, aber generell übernimmt jeder von uns die Verantwortung für das Putzen (und manchmal putzen wir auch gemeinsam). Natürlich könnt ihr auch einen strukturierteren Putzplan ausarbeiten, falls nötig. Wir kochen und essen oft gemeinsam zum Abendessen (meist vegetarisch), wenn unsere Zeitpläne übereinstimmen, aber das ist recht flexibel. Wir organisieren auch manchmal Brettspielabende oder gehen zusammen spazieren. Meine Mitbewohnerin kennt sich sehr gut in Freiburg aus und kann echt gute Tipps für Neuankömmlinge geben!
Wir suchen eine Untermieterin, die kommunikativ und respektvoll ist und offen dafür ist, auch mal ein bisschen zu quatschen und rumzuhängen, obwohl man sich natürlich immer wieder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen kann. Da meine Mitbewohnerin vollzeit arbeitet ist es definitiv keine Party-WG und es ist meist so gegen 22-23 Uhr ruhig.

I am moving out, but the main tenant (my flatmate) would just be coming back from her time off in August, so that's why we're just looking for someone who could fit well in our 2-person WG for the short term (minimum 6 months) for now. There is a possibility of extension for a longer time, but that would only be up for discussion later, when my flatmate has had time to settle back into Freiburg.
We have a very nice and relaxed WG atmosphere, my flatmate has lived in the apartment for a while so it is well-furnished, but that is why it is important for us to find someone is conscientious and can take care of the place well. We value cleanliness and tidiness and clean after ourselves. We don't have a strict cleaning plan but generally each takes the responsibility to clean on the weekends (and we sometimes clean together). Of course a more structured cleaning approach can be worked out if necessary. We often cook and eat together for dinner (mostly vegetarian) if our schedules align and catch up on each other's days, but this is quite flexible. We also sometimes have board games night or go on walks together, my flatmate is very knowledgeable about Freiburg and can definitely give good tips for newcomers!
We are looking for someone who is communicative and respectful and open to chatting and hanging out sometimes, although of course it is always possible to retreat back into the room when necessary. Since my flatmate works full-time, this is definitely not a "Party WG" and it is usually quiet after 10pm.

Der Zeitraum ist ein bisschen flexibel z.B. es könnte auch ein bisschen früher sein. Das können wir gerne noch absprechen. Wie erwähnt gibt es eine Option für Verlängerung, es hängt aber von der Hauptmieterin ab. Es gibt leider eine Möglichkeit, dass die Nebenkosten wegen der Preissteigerung der Energiepreisen auch steigern werden.
