EG Wohnung 65 qm mit Einbauküche und zwei WG Zimmern mit 17qm und 25qm an PH Studentinnen befristet für ein bis zwei Semester zu vermieten. Ein Abstellraum für Waschmaschine und Trockner ist auch in der Wohnung vorhanden. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster aber mit Abluft. Möbel sind bis auf einen Küchentisch nicht drin.
Mit dem Auto 7 km bis zur PH oder 10 km in die Stadtmitte. Vor dem Haus fährt alle 30 Minuten ein Bus. Einfamilienhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Parkplatz. Dreisamtal mit Feldbergblick mitten in der Natur und noch nicht weit in die Stadt. Im Sommer sicher auch mit dem Rad zur PH möglich.
WG Neugründung - nette, unkomplizierte und lustige Studentinnen gesucht. Wer Lust am Mountainbiken hat ist hier genau richtig. Was ihr aus der WG macht, liegt an euch. Die Mietdauer ist erst mal kurzfristig für 6-12 Monate geplant. Da ist alles recht flexibel möglich.
Schreibt einfach und kommt dann zur Besichtigung vorbei. Dann seht ihr ja, ob das passt.
