The room is a shared flat on the ground floor, about 13 m2, with a windows towards the inner garden with 2 lovely flatmates Mimi from Australia studying Social work and Enrique from Nuremberg, a Geology student. The room is furnished and would be empty apart from the library (perfect if you want to improve your French) and my rock collection (too heavy to move around ^^')
The WG is located 5 min walking to Institutviertel / 8min walk to Freiburg Hbf / 10 min to walk to the Uniklinik. Around 2min walk from nearest shop (Netto). It's in an quiet street along the railway. As the room is on the garden side you can bearly hear the trains. Possibility of parking with a toll machine.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, various kitchen utensils and the bathroom with a washing machine.
We are looking for someone to share the flat but also to share sometime together. We cook together spontaneously go for a swim in Seepark, drink cold beer or wine on our balcony. We respect each other privacy and peace and you can also retreat in room for quietness.
