Schön und komplett eingerichtetes Zimmer mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal und großem Schrank. Die Möbel sind in der Miete bereits mit inbegriffen. Falls du deine eigenen Möbel lieber nutzen willst ist das möglich bzw. kann mit den Möbeln kombiniert werden, die drin sind! Die sehr moderne Wohnung (Komplettrenovierung vor 7Jahren) hat 4 Zimmer (2 WG-Zimmer, 1 kleines aber feines Bad, 1 große Wohnküche & einen Balkon) und liegt im obersten Stock des Hauses. Dachboden und Kellerabteil mit Stauraum sind ebenfalls gegeben.
Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage: wenige Fußminuten zum Institutsviertel und Uniklinikum, ca. 5 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 - 10 min zur Innenstadt. . Im Sommer: Mittagshitze & Abendsonne auf dem Balkon ✌.
Ich, m & 25, habe Sport & Mathe studiert und beginne ab Januar mein Referendariat und bin auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/in der gute Laune ebenfalls besser als schlechte findet! Ob gemeinsames Kochen, Sport treiben, Trashtalk´en - ich bin für fast alles zu haben.
Was das Einzugsdatum betrifft, ist je eher desto besser. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung erstmals als Zwischenmiete angedacht, dies kann jedoch auch relativ flexibel nach Absprache geändert werden :)
