Das Zimmer ist ca 12 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster, das viel Licht reinlässt. Ich werde 1 Gitarre und das E-Piano zur Mitbenutzung da lassen, das Weinkisten-Regal und der Schrank werden frei sein für deine Sachen. Bett inkl. Bettbezug usw. ist auch vorhanden, Bilder usw von den Wänden wie auf den Fotos zu sehen nehme ich mit. Schreibtisch bleibt drin.
Der "eigentliche" Mitbewohner kommt Mitte Juni aus seinem Erasmus zurück und ich habe jetzt schon etwas neues gefunden, vermiete das Zimmer also noch bis Mitte Juni zwischen.

Die WG liegt in der Beurbarung, quasi noch im Stühlinger, zu Fuß bzw mit dem Fahrrad (ist eigentlich fast egal) ca 3 min zur Mensa Institutsviertel oder in die andere Richtung zum Uniklinikum. Zu einer Seite gehts zum Innenhof, zur anderen zu einer kleinen Straße die in eine Sackgasse mündet, deshalb super ruhig und alle halbe Stunde fährt mal ein Auto durch.
By foot or by bike, doesn't really matter, it's 3 min to the mensa Institutsviertel as well as to the University Hospital, located at a really quiet street leading to a dead-end, so very few cars at all.
Meine zwei lieben Mitbewohner studieren Biologie im Master bzw. Ende Bachelor, arbeiten nebenher ein bisschen, sind also tagsüber eher in der Uni/arbeiten. Abends sind doch häufiger mal Freunde von uns zu Besuch, das verlagert sich im Sommer aber doch eher immer nach draußen Richtung Seepark /Beachfelder.
Wir haben einen Keller sowie Dachboden für Fahrräder sowie Zugang zum Garten im Innenhof und unsere Küche mit Ofen, Töpfen, Pfannen, Mixer, Kaffemaschine und allem was man so benötigt, die auch rege benutzt wird. Auch ausgestattet mit 2 Couches um den Esstisch rum ;)
Auch wenn das irgendwie selbstverständlich ist, es gibt einen Putzplan und der wird bitte eingehalten, wir sind nicht alle immer viel zu Hause aber achten schon darauf dass die Wohnung immer gemütlich bleibt!
You'll be living with my super flatmates who are studying biology in their Masters programme, or end of Bachelor, both work a bit as well so under days they'll be mostly at Uni. In the afternoons/evenings they'll be around for having a coffee or beer with you.
There is a cleaning roster, so please do your share to keep the flat tidy, we'll show you when you come over. It's once a week, so really doable.
Mein Mitbewohner wird vorraussichtlich Mitte Juni wiederkommen, wenn sich das doch noch verzögert kannst du gerne noch so lange im Zimmer wohnen bleiben, bis er eben das Zimmer wieder benötigt.
Most likely my flatmate who'll use the room will be back mid-june, if it's later than expected you're welcome to stay a few days longer!
