Offered room is a part of three room flat located in Stühlinger. The room is normally used as a guest room and is therefore furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves). Moreover, internet, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are there for common use.
Unweit der Eschholzstraße im Stühlinger. 7 Laufminuten zum Hauptbahnhof sowie zu den Uni-Kliniken. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The flat situated near to Eschholzstraße in Stühlinger. It is 7 minutes walk from the main station and just around the corner from Uni-Klinik buildings. The closest supermarket is situated on the same street.
Ich bin berufstätig und unter der Woche nur abends zu Hause. Meine Freundin wohnt normalerweise auch hier, wird vom 01.10. - 31.12. jedoch nur gelegentlich an den Wochenenden hier sein.
Ich würde mich über eine/n nette/n, unkomplizierte/n und idealerweise ebenfalls berufstätige/n Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für diese Zeit freuen.
I am working full time and therefore I am at home only in the evenings. My girlfriend lives also here but in next months she will be in Freiburg only for few weekends.
I would be happy to find a nice, uncomplicated flatmate who is ideally also working.
