Hey hey, ich bin kurzfristig ausgezogen und suche jetzt eine Zwischenmiete für mein Zimmer. Für April, und eventuell auch noch Mai.
Das Zimmer ist schön rechteckig und hat eine Tür zum Balkon. Im Moment ist es nicht möbliert, es steht nur ein Regal darin, aber ich könnte noch eine Matratze organisieren, falls Du nur zur Zwischenmiete bleibst und keine Möbel hast.
Die Dreisam ist um die Ecke, es gibt ein paar Meter weiter einen Laden für alles, eine Apotheke und eine Dönerbude.
Zur nächsten Straßenbahnstation (Rathaus Stühlinger) läuft man nur ein paar Minuten.
In der WG wohnen Micha (Mitte 30) , Romeck (Mitte 40) und sein Sohn Lasse. Das Leben ist unkompliziert, lustig und es ist immer was lecker gekochtes zum Essen da. Die drei sind cool drauf, haben offene Ohren und immer Bier zur Hand.
Es ist keine Zweck-WG, aber es gibt auch keine Pflichtveranstaltungen.
