Moin! Da unsere Mitbewohnerin uns bald verlassen wird, suchen ich (Manu) und Henning eine*n Nachfolger*in für unsere kleine aber fein Wohnung im Stühlinger.
Die WG liegt im Dachgeschoss (Altbau) im wunderschönen Stühlinger. Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 m² und ist über den Flur zugänglich. Da wir im obersten Stockwerk Wohnen gehört der Flur quasi zur Wohnung. Zusätzlich haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, in dem des Öfteren das ein oder andere Bier getrunken wird.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten mit Grill und Biertischgarnitur.
Lage
Wer den Stühlinger kennt, weiß von der absoluten premium Lage. Viele Bars, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr nah zum Bahnhof. Nach wie vor trauern wir um den Späti hier ums eck :(
WG-Leben
Henning und ich kennen uns bereits von unserem vorherigem Studium in Marburg und sind durch Zufall beide hier gelandet. Henning ist leidenschaftlicher Ultimate-Frisbee Spieler enthusiastischer Kletterer. Manu ist oft beim Mountainbiken anzutreffen und kocht sehr gerne.
Wir beide sind auch abends gerne draußen mit nem Bierchen unterwegs, sei es beim Cornern, in ner Bar oder auch mal im Wohnzimmer wenn es wieder kälter wird. Ansonsten genießen wir es auch sehr den Abend einfach mal gemütlich mit gutem Essen oder einem Film im Wohnzimmer zu verbringen.
Da Henning im Winter in Ljubljana studiert, hast du auch die Chance eine*n Mitbewohner*in für die Zeit zu suchen.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass das WG Leben ohne große Absprachen harmonisch funktioniert und eine offene Kommunikation herrscht.

Hello! Me (Manu) and Henning are looking for a new roommate!
The apartment is a 4 room flat in an old building in the upper flor. The room hat about 12 m³ and is accessible over the hallway. Since we live on the top floor, the hall of the Aberer belongs more or less to the apartment. In addition we have a cozy living room in which we have some tasy cofees in breakes and relaxing beers in the evening.
The flat is located really central in Stühlinger, close to Bars, Supermakets, Parks and the trainstation.
Me and Henning already know us from our previous studies in Marburgt. Henning is a passionate Ultimate-Frisbee player enthusiastic climber. Manu is often found at mountain biking and very much likes to cook.
We both are also happy to go outside with a beer in the evening, in a bar or in the living room when it gets colder again. In our old constelation we always enjoyed having some spontaneous cooking sessions together or simply hanging out and watching some movies.
We imagine flatworks harmonic without major agreements and that there is an open communication.
