Hey Everybody,
a big, bright room in my apartment is becoming free from the 1st of October and, therefore, I'm looking for a new flatmate. The room is 18 m2 and the apartment is located in Freiburg Stühlinger. The room would be given empty, only the closet (which is big and new) will stay there.
The room is available till the end of the year, however, there is the possibility to extend it.
The apartment is located near Eschholzstraße, 10 min. walking to the central station, 15 min. to the city center and 15 min. to Seepark.
Different supermarket are available in the surroundings and two tram lines are quickly connecting the apartment to the rest of Freiburg.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, Andrea (32), from Italy.
I'm a tlc engineer working in a company next to the Faculty of Engineering Campus.
Although many appointments during the day, I would be happy to share some moments at the end of the day, for example cooking together or just have a talk with a drink.
In the 550 € is everything inclusive, rent, water, gas, heating, electricity, Internet connection, GEZ and trash.
