ich werde nächstes Jahr von Januar bis April (3 Monate) in Portugal unterwegs sein und würde daher das Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer soll möbliert vermietet werden. Natürlich werde ich den Kleiderschrank etc. so freiräumen dass genügend Platz da ist.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rathaus am Stühlinger und ist somit in direkter Nähe zur Straßenbahn, von der es nur 3 Stationen zum HBF sind. Außerdem ist der Stühlingerpark direkt vor der Haustür.
In der WG wohnen derzeit Thorsten und Francisca Beide sind berufstätig und dadurch kann es sein dass man sich nicht so häufig sieht an manchen nchen Tagen. Das WG Leben ist entspannt und ungezwungen, alles kann, nichts muss. Gegenseitiger Respekt und ein gewissen Grad an Sauberkeit und Selbstverantwortung ist uns wichtig, damit das WG Leben auch weiterhin so entspannt läuft.
Die Kaution von 500 € soll vor dem Einzug als Sicherheit gezahlt werden. Es wird ebenfalls eine ordentlicher Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt.
