Wir, das sind Maysa (Mitte 30) und Miriam (Mitte 20)), suchen für Dezember und Januar einen netten Menschen, der mit uns eine schöne 3-Zimmer-Dachwohnung in der Unterwiehre teilen möchte.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein Doppel-Fenster Richtung Westen, aus dem schöne Sonnenuntergänge anzuschauen sind. Im Herbst ist das Zimmer durch die Ginko-Bäume der Straße oft in schönes Sonnengelb getaucht.
Unsere WG hat eine Gastmatratze + Lattenrost, einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal – so würdest Du für den Zeitraum etwas zum Schlafen und Arbeiten haben :)
Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt haben alle Zimmer Schrägwände. Dadurch wirkt das frei werdende Zimmer sowie Bad und Küche sehr gemütlich.
Vom Bad- und Küchenfenster hat mensch* einen schönen Blick auf Lorettoberg und Eduardshöhe. Die Sonnenbank in der Küche ist das Herzstück unserer Wohnung. Dort kann mensch' vor allem die Morgensonne und den Blick in den angrenzenden Schwarzwald genießen :)
ENGLISH:
We, Maysa ( mid 30's) and Miriam (mid 20's), are looking for someone who is interested in renting a room for december and january in a cosy apartment in Unterwiehre.
The room which will be rented is about 12qm2 big and has a big window to the west from where you* can watch beautiful sunsets. In the autumn time the room has a beautiful yellow sunlight because of the ginkgo trees which are growing in the street.
The WG has a guest bed, a disk and a shelf so you would have something to sleep and work on for that time :)
Because it is an attic apartment, every room has droops. Therefore all the rooms are very cozy :)
From the window in the bathroom and the kitchen one* can see the Lorettoberg and Eduardshöhe. The sunbank in the kitchen is the heart of the apartment from where you* can seize the morning sun whilst looking towards the nearby black forest :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Unterwihere, zwischen Wiehre und Vauban.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe einen Edeka, einen Alnatura, einen Rewe und einen Lidl. Genauso nah und um die Ecke ist die Tram (Haltestelle: Weddigenstraße, Stadtbahn 3).
Am Lorettoberg ist man innerhalb weniger oder vieler Minuten ist mensch* auf dem Lorettoberg oder im Lorettowald :)

The apartment is in Unterwiehre, between Wiehre and Vauban.
There is Edeka, Alnatura, Rewe and Lidl close by to buy food.
If you want to take a walk to the Lorettoberg or the Loretto-forest it'll take you only a few moments :)
Wir beide lieben Bewegung (Yoga, Tanzen, Klettern, Schwimmen, Wandern..) und in der Natur sein.
Uns ist ein ehrliches und authentisches Miteinander wichtig und wir wünschen uns eine Balance zwischen Beisammensein- und Rückzugsfreiheit für/ mit sich selber.
Da eine von uns, Maysa, aus Brasilien kommt, sprechen wir viel Englisch.

We both love movement such as yoga, dancing, climbing, swimming, hiking and being in nature. Being honest and authentic is very important for us and we wish for a balance between moments of togetherness and moments just for oneself.
As one of us, Maysa, comes from Brasil, we are mostly talking english and sometimes french.
