Hallo, ich bin Lotti und vermiete mein Zimmer im Vauban Wohnheim für das Wintersemester unter. Mein Zimmer ist hell, allerdings geht es zur Straße raus. Bisher hat mich das nicht wirklich gestört, nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann manchmal laut werden. Ich lasse meine Möbel und drei Pflanzen im Zimmer, allerdings habe ich keinen Schreibtisch (ich sitze oft in der Küche zum arbeiten).
Hey, I am Lotti and I will be subletting my room during the upcoming semester. My room is, unfortunately, next to a street, which can be loud when sleeping with an open window, but otherwise hasn't really bothered me. I will leave my room furnished, with plants and decorations, but I do not have a table in my room.
Das Wohnheim ist ca. 15min mit dem Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber auch sehr nah an schönen Wanderwegen. Paula-Modersohn Platz ist ca. 4min zu Fuß entfernt (da fährt die Linie 3 direkt in die Stadt und zum Hauptbahnhof), und nur ein paar Meter weiter gibt es einen Rewe und einen Aldi.
The dorm is about 15min by bike from the city center, as well as close to nice hiking routes. The tramstop is about 4min away, as well as grocery stores.
Unsere WG war bisher sehr gesellig, mit spontanen WG-Abenden und gemeinsamen essen. Unsere Dachterasse (definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung) teilen wir mit 5 weiteren WGs und auch da findt öfter mal was statt. Von meinen MitbewohnerInnen bleiben allerdings nur Elsa und Amin wohnen, daher keine Garantie für die Neuen :)
Elsa studiert Linguistik, puzzelt gerne und ist auch sonst sehr cool :) Amin ist Waldi, pflanzenbegeistert und lädt oft zu leckerem selbstgekochtem Essen ein.
So far, we have been a lively WG, and hang out together often. We share our rooftop terrasse with other WGs. All but Elsa and Amin are going to move out next semester, and we cannot decide who will be moving into the two rooms.
But Elsa and Amin are both cool, Elsa studies linguistics and loves to puzzle, and Amin is great with plants and a very good cook :)
Da ich mein Zimmer in einem Wohnheim vom Studierendenwerk ist, suche ich jemanden, der/die noch keine drei Jahre in einem Wohnheim des SWFR gewohnt hat.
As I am renting my room from SWFR, I am looking for someone who has not lived in a dorm in Freiburg for more than 3 years.
