Da ich das nächste Semester nicht in Freiburg sein werde, würde ich gerne jemandem mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hell, ruhig und im Sommer optimal kühl ;-). Die WG hat 4 Bewohner, wir haben eine schöne, große Küche und getrennte Dusche- und Toiletten.
Weite Details, wie viel Platz ich während meiner Abwesenheit schaffe, etc. würde ich am liebsten persönlich klären. Die Miete ist inklusive aller Kosten.
I won't spend the next semester not in Freiburg, so I would like to subrent my room. The room belongs to a flat where three other students live and is friendly, quiet and cosy. The WG has a big, nice kitchen and separated toilets and shower.
Das Haus befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Vauban, Bäcker und verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in maximal 5 Minuten Entfernung. Auch die Bus/ Tramstation Paula-Modersohn-Platz befindet sich 5 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is in Vauban, bakers and different shopping possibilities are just 5 minutes walk away. Also the Tram-Station Paula-Modersohn-Platz is just five minutes away.
Wir sind eine Gruppe sehr verschiedener Studienrichtungen und Nationalitäten. Da noch nicht klar ist, wer wo das nächste Semester verbringt, kann ich noch nichts über die potenziellen Mitbewohner auf Zeit schreiben.
We`re a group of different studies and nationalities. Since I don't know jet, who will spend the next semester where, I can't write anything about the flatmates during the two months.
