Das Zimmer ist 17m² groß, möbliert und hat einem Balkon Richtung Osten. Die Wohnung hat ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Fensterfront Richtung Süden. DIe Küche ist klein, aber gemütlich, hat Zugang zum Ostbalkon und befindet sich in einem seperaten Raum. Das Tageslichtbad ist groß und hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. In 15min ist man mit der Linie 3 am Bahnhof. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die ab dem 01.02 das freistehende Zimmer beziehen kann.
Zu mir Selber: Ich bin 52 Jahre alt, arbeite an der Uni, habe eine erwachsene Tochter und bin immer wieder über Nacht in Lörrach.
Mit mir in der Wohnung lebt noch meine Katze. Sie ist sehr umgänglich und kann durch die Katzentreppe rausgehen.
