Hello (hopefully) new tenant,
This room will only be available for the month of September. The room is super comfortable. It has a large wardrobe, a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table and a large shelf. The entire building is newly renovated (about a year ago) and so the room and the furniture are in good condition. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. There are 3 fridges and so between 9 people so the space gets divided up equally, the same concept goes with the showers as there are 3. There is a laundry room right below the wg. It is 2 euros for wash and 2 euros for dry.
The room is in Vauban. It is a 3 minute walk from Paula-Modersohn-Platz tram stop. It is across the street of a DM and Alnatura. Rewe is a right by the tram stop and walk 1 minute further down there is an Aldi. There's also a Frelo bike rack right by the wg as well as by the tram stop.
It's also a really scenic location. Just a 10 minute walk there is a nearby ravine and a ranch. Beyond that, if you go up a hill there you can find a winery and even start a hike in the Black Forest from there.
Everyone here is a student as well as the surrounding area. It's a really nice vibe in Vauban. You will see many people outside doing yoga or just hanging out. The weekly chores are always done and divided by 9 people; toilets, garbage, kitchen and floors. We try to respect each other and the fact that we live together in this wg by respecting the space.
Rent basically includes everything; internet (you will need your own router), water, gas, bike storage, etc. As mentioned you pay for laundry.
IMPORTANT INFO:
You must be a matriculated student. Once we come to an agreement, I will need your name, birthdate, email, nationality, and student certificate as I will be sending it to the SWFR and they will be handling things from there.
