Hi! I am leaving Freiburg for a bit less than a month and I am looking for someone to sublet my room. The room comes fully furnished and is quite large and well decorated. There is a large desk, a bed, storage space, and even a very nice electric piano if that interests you :). The apartment has a beautiful living room and a balcony with amazing views of the neighborhood.
The place is perfectly located in my opinion, it is right next to the Johanneskirche tram stop which is just a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. I walk to the university every day and really enjoy the neighborhood as well, there are some excellent cafes, bars, and shops right nearby.
We are three people, including me. Your flatmates would be Pedro and Hector - both between the ages of 24 and 27, from Portugal and Chile. We all speak English and German, as well as some Spanish and Portuguese also. All of us have a shared cleaning plan, but we are generally relaxed about most things and sometimes like to have small gatherings in the apartment with our friends (with letting each other know ahead of time).
The rent would be 400 euros warm, but if you need to move out earlier or move in slightly later, I would be open to negotiate. If you think you would be a good fit for the apartment, please don't hesitate to send me a message, thanks!
