Dieses schöne und geräumige Zimmer ist für März zu vermieten, da ich ausziehe und erst im April jemand Neues einzieht.
Ich werde dir ein Schlafsofa, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie einen Schrank zur Verfügung stellen. Bei weiterem Bedarf lässt sich bestimmt was einrichten.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung an sich hat einen sehr schönen Charme. Es gibt Dielenboden, Stuck und hohe Decken. Außerdem gibt es eine geräumige Küche, drei Balkone und ein (feuchtes) Kellerabteil für Fahrräder.
Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Haltestelle Maria-Hilf-Kirche (Straba 1) entfernt. Auch das ZO mit Aldi, Rewe, DM etc ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In den Wald ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Das Haus liegt an der B31, dein Zimmer allerdings zur (etwas ruhigeren) Seitenstraße.
Die WG wird sich ab April tatsächlich komplett neu bilden, daher ist es für den Monat eher eine Zweck-WG. Du wirst noch mit zwei berufstätigen Mädels wohnen, die im Schichtdienst arbeiten. Die Dritte im Bunde ist nur noch ab und zu da und wird Mitte März bereits ganz ausziehen.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sowie ganz viel Platz. :)
Ggf. Könntest du auch ein paar Tage früher oder später einziehen.
