ich stell Dir mal Dein zukünftiges Lebensdomizil vor ;-)
Die Altbau-Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen in der Wiehre, am unteren Ende der Erwinstrasse nahe der Loretto Haltestelle. Die Wohnung an sich ist 75 qm2 gross und Deine 1,5 Zimmer ca. 22 qm2.
Die große Wohnküche ist mit einem Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler etc. eingerichtet.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Darf natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichst Du viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, DM)
Noch ein paar Dinge zu meiner Person: Ich bin 43 Jahre, berufstätig und suche eine Person zwischen 20-40 Jahren.
Unser WG Leben stell ich mir so vor, dass wir mal gemeinsam kochen oder auch einen Spieleabend verbringen. Es ist aber kein Muss!
Eigentlich sind wir zu dritt, denn Lucy, meine Katze ist auch noch mit dabei. :)
