Große Gedanken brauchen große Räume! Wir bieten lichte 98 Kubikmeter in unserer Beletage, mit verschwenderischer Stuckdecke. Es gibt 2 Balkone und einen traumhaften Garten. Wir sind Theologe, Jurist, undogmatisch, cinephil, kulinarisch, sportlich, gesellig, musikaffin. Staubsauger &c. vorhanden und in Benutzung. Die Küche ist etwa so groß wie das Zimmer und hat einen Gasherd und -ofen sowie zwei Kühlschränke. Der Garten ist größer als die Wohnung und verfügt unter anderem über eine kapitale Schwarzwaldkonifere. Die Haltestellen Holbeinstraße und Lorettostraße (Linie 2) sind 2-3 min., die Innenstadt 15 min. und der Schwarzwald 1 min. fußläufig entfernt.
Die Zimmergröße ist geschätzt. Aber ehrlich.
