Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Ortsteil Wiehre, gegenüber der Brauerei Ganter.
Es ist alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Dreisam, Waldsee/Sternwald, die Stadtmitte, Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und ausgestattet mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem ausziehbaren Bett.
Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen kleinen, wunderschönen Balkon zum Garten im Hinterhof.
Desweiteren gibt es in der WG eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Abstellkammer und eine Waschmaschine.
Tommy (21) sucht einen netten Mitbewohner. Tommy wurde in Peking geboren, lebt seit vielen Jahren in Deutschland und spricht perfekt Deutsch. Er studiert Musikwissenschaften und spielt Saxophon.
Für ein gutes Zusammenleben solltest du ordentlich und respektvoll im Umgang sein. Wenn Du auch Interesse an etablierter Musik hast, hättet ihr eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft.

The appartment is located in the district Wiehre - one of the most beautiful in FR. It is next to "Brauerei Ganter" (the brewery) and the Tram Stop with the same name is just in front of the house.
Everything you need is in walking distance: Grocery stores, beautiful nature, the city center, public transport.
The room is huge, equipped with a big cupboard and a pull-out bed. The room has a beautiful balcony facing the back yard garden.
The shared appartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bath room including bath tub, a storage chamber, and a washing mashine.
Tommy (20) is looking forward to meet a nice flat mate. He was born in Bejing, lives now for many years in Germany and speaks perfectly German. He is studying music science and plays saxophone.
For a harmonic living together you should be tidy and respectful. If you are also interested in established music, you would have a passion in common.
