Da ich eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe suche ich Jemand der/die hier für 1 1/2 Monat bleiben kann.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert, das bedeutet nur dem Couch wird hier bleiben, und eventuell auch den Bett (ohne Matratze).
Ich will mein Bett verkaufen und deshalb kann ich nicht sofort sagen ob es noch da sein wird wenn du einziehst, aber wenn du Interesse hast kannst es auch gerne kaufen :)
Die Wohnung ist schon groß genug für 3 personen. Wir haben einen Bad mit Waschmaschine, und Küche mit alles möglich (Kühlschrank, herd, usw.) Nico (28) wird auch bald umziehen, und Walli (21) bleibt auch hier bis 29.02.
Eine verlängerung ist leider nicht möglich, da unser Vermieterin hier einziehen will.
Du würdest ein teil von den ersten Monat Zahlen müssen (ab 15. Januar) und ein ganzen Monat (Februar), das heißt 200€ für Januar und 340€ für Februar. Das wäre Warm und ist inkl. Internet und Strum

Since I already found a new Room, I am now looking for someone who wants to stay at my current room.
My room is semi-furnished, that means only the couch will stay here. Eventually the Bed would be included as well (without the Matress). This is because I want to sell my Bed, and therefore I can't guarantee that the bed will still be here when you move in. Should you have interest in buying the bed just let me know, I'd be happy to sell it to you.
The flat is big enough for 3 people. We have a bathroom with washing machine included. The Kitchen has everything you need as well (Fridge, Freezer, Oven, etc. you name it!).
My current flatmates are all students. Nico (28) will soon leave as well, and Walli (21) will stay here until 29.02.
An extension of your stay is sadly not possible, due to our current landlady moving in after we leave.
You would need to pay for half month (200€) and then for February (340€) but no worries, this includes everything, electricity, internet, etc.
