Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und ganz cosy. siehe bilder.... :)
Das Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich bloß teilmöbiliert sein, aber es wird sicher an nichts mangeln und Gemütlichkeit ist ja schnell geschaffen :)
In der Wohnung findest du so gut wie alles, was das Herz begehrt: einen Geschirrspüler, ne Badewanne und einen groooßen Balkon.
Hilda ist an der Ecke Hildastraße/Talstraße, quasie zwischen Johanniskirche und Schwabentor. in 1,2 Minütchen ist man an der Dreisam, den Öffis, im Wald, im Rewe..
Wenn's möglich ist, kochen wir (Isi, 25, Schreinerin/ Marie, 25, Umwelt-Politik-Studi/ Demian, 23 äh..allrounder?) gemeinsam, schnacken auf dem Balkon, unternehmen was draußen...
So sind wir ganz entspannt und gesellig.. aber alles kann, nichts muss :)
Das Zimmer wird zum 1.7. frei, je nach Präferenz erstmal für ein paar Monate zur Zwischenmiete und wenn's passt gern auch länger.
