Wir suchen eine:n Nachmieter:in für ein kleines, aber sehr gemütliches Zimmer in einer noch gemütlicheren WG.
Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht sonderlich groß, bietet aber ausreichend Platz für alles Nötige. Zum Ausgleich bietet die WG ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen großen Balkon auf der Sonnenseite, einen kleineren Balkon direkt am Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Gästeklo, Keller und noch etwas zusätzlichen Stauraum.

We are looking for a flatmate to join our cozy flat.
It may be small, but there is enough space for everything you'll need. To make up for that, our flat can offer a cozy living room, a large balcony, a smaller one that is directly accessible from your room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a small storage room.
Die WG hat quasi alles in nächster Nähe: 5min zur Haltestelle Heinrich-von-Stephan Straße (hier fahren die Straßenbahnen 3 und 5 und einige Busse), 3min bis zur Haltestelle Weddingenstraße (hier fährt auch die 3), 5min bis zum nächsten Lidl, 10 bis zum Rewe oder diversen Bäckern und die nächste Apotheke sieht man schon vom Zimmer aus. Je nach Laune der Ampeln braucht man zu Fuß 15min in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof und zum Spazierengehn eignet sich der Lorettoberg direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Pizza und Thaiküche zum Mitnehmen gibts direkt vor der Haustür.

Basically everything your heart may desire is within a walking distance from our flat. The 'Heinrich-von-Stephan Straße'- and 'Weddingenstraße' stations are 3-5min, the next best supermarket 5 min, some fancier supermarkets 10min walking distance and a pharmacy is just across the street. It takes between 15 and 20 min to get to the city centre or the train station, depending on the unfathomable will of the traffic lights.
The nearby Lorettoberg is an excellent starting point for a walk or two and the hungry will find both, pizza and Thai-cuisine, just outside the door.
In unserer Wohnung findet sich Platz für Student:innen, Arbeitstätige und alles dazwischen. Michelle ist Expertin für nachhaltiges Ingenieurswesen und Trash-TV, spielt meisterlich Querflöte und befindet sich in ihrer Freizeit häufiger mal an Berghängen oder Kletterwänden. Hannah studiert Jura, steht jederzeit für Diskussionen zu aktuellen Kinofilmen bereit und schwingt in ihrer Freizeit abwechselnd das Florett oder den Zeichenstift. Mitbewohner:in Nr. 3 wird parallel gecastet.
Wir haben keine verpflichtenden oder regelmäßigen Unternehmungen oder Kochabende, aber normalerweise findet sich jemand für spontane Aktionen oder abendliche Gespräche und Fernseh- oder Balkonrunden. Also alles kann, nix muss und gegrillt werden darf auch :) Und wer seine Ruhe will, bekommt die natürlich auch.
Ansonsten freuen wir uns drauf, Dich demnächst bei einem kleinen (Online-)Casting kennen lernen zu können.

We have a place for students, workers and everyone in between. Currently, our flat consists of Michelle, whose interests range from sustainable systems engineering all the way through classical music to reality TV, and Hannah, who wields both, rapier and pencil, with expertise. A third flatmate is currently in the casting process.
We don't have any obligatory events but you'll probably always find somebody to hang out with, have a drink, talk or just a companion for a TV-night. We also have a grill ;) And if whenever you just want some damn peace and quiet, you'll get that as well.
We are looking forward to meeting you in a quick (online-)casting!
