Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ländlichen Gegend (Rhein, Wald,See) und hat einen tollen Garten. Man erreicht Freiburg Innenstadt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus/Bahn, Regiokarte) in etwa 50 min., da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel jedoch besonders abends nicht regelmäßig fahren, empfiehlt es sich ein Auto zu haben. Mit dem Auto ist die Freiburger Innenstadt in 25 min zu erreichen. Meine Mutter arbeitet auch in Freiburg. Nachdem meine Geschwister und ich wegen des Studiums und Jobs ausgezogen sind, wohnt meine Mutter mit Hund in dem schönen Haus und hat viel Platz. Wir haben lange im Ausland gelebt, sprechen verschiedene Sprachen und haben Spaß an neuen Leuten, das Zimmer eignet sich auch gut für internationale Studenten, die Deutsch lernen möchten oder Menschen, die naturverbunden sind. Wir freuen und auf nette und aufgeschlossene Leute. Die Dauer des Mietverhältnisses kann flexibel bestimmt werden.
The house is situated in a nice rural area (river, lake and forest) with a nice big garden. You can reach Freiburg within 50 min. by public transportation (bus/train, Regiokarte). However, as the public transportation is not very frequently especially in the evenings, a car is recommended with which it only takes 25 min. to reach Freiburg. After my siblings and I left home to study and Work, my mother and our dog still live there and they have a lot of space. Since we lived several years abroad, many languages are spoken and we enjoy having people around. The room is ideal for international students that are seeking to learn German or nature-loving people. The duration of the rent can bei discussed flexibel. We are looking forward to a friendly and open person.
