hiermit biete ich mein möbiliertes WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich einen Monat nicht in Freiburg bin. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert, hat ein Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal. Also alles, was zum Leben gebraucht wird.
Auch in Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Falls ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mich doch einfach an.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 335 €, und dann kommen noch 30 € Nebenkosten drauf. (+ 200 € Kaution)

I offer a room for a sublease from the 21th of May to the 17th of June. The room is furnished so in includes a bed, couch, desk, closet etc... Rent is 335 € plus 30 € extra costs. (+200 € security deposit)
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt in Zähringen. Die Haltestelle Reutebachgasse ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wanderwege fast direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir sind eine sehr ruhige WG. Wir unternehmen nicht viel miteinander, aber verstehen uns gut. Die WG Sprache ist englisch.
