The room is 12sqm and fully furnished with:
-Bed and mattress (140x70).
-Desk and chair.
-Wardrobe.
-Shelves.
This means you only need to bring your personal belongings. The room is 1 of 3 in the flat and is ideal for summer as it is very cool. The WG has 2 balconies, a large south facing, accessible via the roommates' rooms and a little north to reach from the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and a bright kitchen.
The flat is located directly at the stop Hornusstraße (line 2,4,) and is very well connected. It is about a 10 minute bike ride to the city center and main station. Nearby are shops Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi and down the street there are bakeries and coffee shops. Directly next door is a kebab shop. The flat is located in close proximity to nature and therefore running and biking are easily accessible from the flat.
I am going to be in Berlin for an internship from hence the reason for letting the room. The roommates are Roxy and Clara. Both study biology. Roxy is currently doing her masters and Clara is in her bachelors. Both are super lovely roommates and very east to get along with. They speak both German and English and therefore language is not an issue. I do not speak German and we are able to communicate and get along easily. International students are welcome. The WG is not a party WG as studies are the priority but the roommates are always up for a glass of wine or a beer in the evenings if studies permit.
