Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² groß mit einem großen Fenster. Es wird möbiliert weitergegeben und es befinden sich ein Doppelbett, Couch & Couchtisch, Schreibtisch sowie Kommode, Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal darin. Die Möbel müssen bei Einzug für 250€ übernommen werden. 50€ würden dann erstattet werden, wenn das Zimmer ungestrichen übergeben wird.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, und grenzt an eine Seitenstraße. Da sich gegenüber eine Schule befindet, ist es zwar morgens unter der Woche etwas laut, dafür aber ab Nachmittag sehr ruhig.
The room is 16 m² big and has a big window. It will be passed on to the next tenant furnished: It includes a double bed, Couch and Table, desk as well as a closet, book shelf and a commode. I will pass on this furniture to the next tenant for 250 €.
Die WG kann man in 3 Geh-Minuten von der nächsten Tram-Haltestelle erreichen. Der Zähringer Bahnhof ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Es befinden sich weiterhin ein DM, Edeka, Alnatura sowie viele Bäcker und ein Eisladen um die Ecke.
The flat can be reached in three minutes from the next tram stop. The train station Zähringen is very close as well. In the area there are several shopping opportunities, like DM, Edeka, Alnatura and several bakerys.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene 4er-WG, die sich zwar gut miteinander versteht, jedoch nicht zu viel Zeit miteinander verbringt, da wir alle unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen haben.
We are a friendly 4 people flatshare. Due to different time schedules we dont spend too much time with each other but still are getting along very well.
We are an international flatshare and mostly speak in english to each other!
