Hello dear apartment seekers!
We (Anna, Shifali, Kunal, Tarek, Casper) are looking for a new, student flatmate for a neat approx. 12.4 square meter room in our cozy shared apartment with the most beautiful view of the Herdern mountains.
Our home is an international shared flat in a Handel dormitory.
If the word student residence did not scare you off immediately, here is a brief explanation of why life with and with us does not correspond to the cliché "dormitory":
We are allowed to choose most of our flatmates ourselves. With the exception of two international rooms and the quota system, we decide ourselves who will move in with us. Living together with us is therefore not that different from life in a "normal" shared apartment, except of course that we pay super little rent and only have students as neighbors:D
We also have the luxury of having a garden in front of the door and to be able to take advantage of various tutorials. These range from haircuts to yoga and pottery to the dormitory’s own bar.
The shared rooms are only rented partially furnished (desk, bed, shelves, wardrobe), but the bed with foldable slatted frame offers a lot of storage space.
WG life
We're a super fun bunch:
We always meet in the kitchen, cook together, we sing, play games, start a spontaneous party or go on a shared house trip. We try to keep the apartment clean - but that doesn't always work. Sometimes we sit together all night and talk about the world, there is often music in the kitchen, but if you need some time to yourself, you just close your door.
So all in all it would be cool if you feel like living an active flat share :)
