Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Mein Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch würde ich bis Ende Januar zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer hat große Fenster Richtung Süden und ist deshalb sehr hell.
The room will be handed over furnished. I would make my bed, wardrobe and desk available by the end of January. The room has large windows facing south and is therefore very bright.
Lage in Zähringen neben dem Bahnhof, deswegen hört man ab und an mal einen Zug vorbei fahren. Zur Straßenbahnlinie 4 sind es 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß.
Location in Zähringen next to the train station, so you can hear a train going by every now and then. It is a 3-4 minute walk to tram line 4.
Die WG wird Gerade aufgelöst, weil der Vermieter die Wohnung ab Februar renovieren möchte. Da ich bereits etwas neues gefunden habe, biete ich das Zimmer bis zum 31. Januar zur Untermiete an.
The WG is being dissolved because the landlord wants to renovate the apartment from February. Since I have already found something new, I am offering the room for subletting until January 31st.
