A big bright fully furnished room (approx. 20m2) in a 3-person WG is available from June 1st. The room is equipped with a bed, closet, shelf, desk and small coffee table. I bought a mattress (160x200cm) for the bed myself 3 months ago, and would like to sell it for 90€. If you don't want to take it, the bed will be changed to the old one with the mattress 90x190cm.
The house is located in a quiet Landwasser area. Stop of the tram number 1 is less than in 1 minute walking from the building. Rewe is reachable by foot in 5 minutes. In 10 minutes walking you can reach a forest, which is nice for cycling/jogging/bbq as well as a Moosweiher lake, which is a good quiet alternative to Seepark. However, Seepark is only 3 tram stops away from the house, and it takes only 5 minutes to reach there. The city centre is in 15 minutes by tram or 20 min cycling.
Kitchen in the apartment is very big, and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
There is a bath tub in the bathroom and a washing machine available any time for a free use.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
The rent is 550€/month, including all additional costs (electricity, water, internet). We only pay the radio tax, but the price is shared between 3 people.
I don't speak very good German and prefer communicating in English. However, the landlords perfectly speak both if this is crucial.
