Medium-sized room, well functional, so that you can fell comfortable in your room.
You can quickly access to the town center in 7 minutes and to the main train station in 10 minutes by foot.
The rental period is planned from 1st June, 2024, the earlier move-in (from 16th May) is negotiable.
The room:
-Plenty of space with about 20 square meters in a bright room with a big window and a balcony door.
-140X200 bed, medium-sized wardrobe, big desk with a shelf on it, adjustable working chair, two lounge chairs with a foot stool, book shelf, drawers for clothing or sundry goods storage, bed stand. All furnitures are in good condition. Tenant willing to accept all furniture mentioned above (in total: 600 EUR) is preferred.
-An exclusive and nice balcony that provides you the unique and beautiful view of the greenery and garden.
-Room window and balcony door are equipped with insect screens so that you can enjoy fresh air anytime without worrying about the insects.
-Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, two fridge-freezers, cookers and dishes, a dining table with two long chairs. Separate storage room with individual shelves for each person.
-Two bathrooms. One is equipped with wash machine and bathtub. The other one is equipped with a toilet.
-Large basement so that you have plenty room to deposit your big stuff.
We speak English, German and French. You will have a good chance to meet people with different cultures and exotic food.
Candidates with work and good financial status are welcome. We prefer tenants with long-term stay (at least 6 months). If you prefer a message on this platform, please introduce yourself first, but an answer can take slightly longer. Direct text message will be more efficient.

All roommates are easy to get along with. If you want to know more about study or work life in Germany, feel free to ask them and you will get more than you expected.
The apartment stays clean with a cleaning schedule. The kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaned by two roommates every week so nobody gets stressed out with cleaning.
