Es stehen ein Badezimmer, eine Toilette sowie ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit vollausgestatteter Küche für die WG-Mitbewohner zur Verfügung.
In dem vorgesehenen Zeitraum ist vermutlich nur ein männlicher Mitbewohner Teil der WG, die anderen Teilnehmer sind wegen Studiumsende ausgezogen.
Möglichkeit zum Fahrrad Abstellen im gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller.
Auto kann auf inoffiziellem Parkplatz direkt neben dem Wohnheim geparkt werden.
Für eine Untermiete ist eine, für den Zeitraum aktuelle, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung notwendig.

Nice shared room in the north wing of the Fallenbrunnen student residence.
There is a bathroom, a toilet and a common room with a fully equipped kitchen for the flatmates.
During the planned period, only one male flatmate is likely to be part of the shared flat, the other participants have moved out due to the end of their studies.
Bicycles can be stored in the communal bicycle cellar.
Cars can be parked in the unofficial parking lot right next to the hall of residence.
A current certificate of enrollment for the period is required for a sublet.

Nahverkehr ist in 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen.
Der See ist an der Promenade in 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Alle wichtigen Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Apotheken) in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The lake can be reached on the promenade in 5 to 10 minutes by bike.
All important stores (supermarkets, petrol stations, pharmacies) in the immediate vicinity.
In der Wohnanlage sind die Meisten an der DHBW oder der ZU als Studenten eingeschrieben. Dementsprechend ist untertags wenig geboten, abends wird es dafür geselliger. Perfekt geeignet für junge Studenten.

Most of the students in the residence are enrolled at the DHBW or ZU. As a result, there's not much to do during the day, but it's more sociable in the evening. Perfect for young students.
Es muss unbedingt eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung für den Wohnzeitraum vorliegen, da sonst keine Untermiete möglich ist.
