Whether you are a student, an intern or a professional - you are warmly welcome, because every shared flat lives from the diversity and tolerance of its inhabitants.

The WG is great for everyone who is new to the city and wants to find a good connection. So you can get important and interesting tips from your flatmates. In addition, it is much more fun to explore the city and its surroundings together or to cook together and spend nice evenings.

Mit der Warmmiete sind fast alle Nebenkosten anteilig abgedeckt. Dazu gehören u.a. die Heizkosten, Warm- und Kaltwasser, Abfallgebühren der Gemeinschaft, Hausmeister, Strom und Internet/WLAN-Flatrate, sowie Grundsteuer und Versicherungen.

Individuelle Kosten wie der Rundfunkbeitrag (früher GEZ) und individuelle Abfallgebühren vom Landratsamt Bodenseekreis sind in den Nebenkosten nicht enthalten.

Wir legen viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der von allen Bewohnern eingehalten werden muss.

Bitte erzählt ein paar Worte über euch, damit wir grob abschätzen können, welche anderen Bewohner zu Euch passen könnten.

BIG ADVANTAGE:
Almost all ancillary costs are covered proportionately by the warm rent. These include heating costs, hot and cold water, community waste fees, caretaker, electricity and Internet/WLAN flat rate, as well as property tax and insurance.

Individual costs such as the radio contribution (formerly GEZ) and individual waste fees from the district office Bodenseekreis are not included in the ancillary costs.
We attach great importance to order and cleanliness in the WG. There is a cleaning plan, which must be kept by all inhabitants.
