The room is 10m2-11m2 in size, and is equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, rack and a bed with mattress. The room faces the street, so during summers you can open the window and let the cool breeze come in resulting in cross ventilation of the entire apartment.
The room is perfectly located in front of the Bodensee Center where you can find Kaufland, Döner Shop etc. Jumpers fitness center and Cinemaxx theatre are just 5-10 mins away by walk. The bus stop is directly in front of the room, so you can reach it by 2 mins. Stadtbahnhof is 10 mins by bus, 5-7 mins by bike. ZF Friedrichshafen Werk 1 can be reached in 10 mins by foot, ZF FEZ in 10 mins by bus.
You will be sharing the flat with 2 guys. Sudarshan is an Indian, and Neamul is from Bangladesh. Both of them are working, pretty chill dudes. They come up with something to do during the weekends, and always up for your suggestion as well. They cook together sometimes, and the common hanging spot is our kitchen. The guys also follow a cleaning routine every week, keeping the apartment neat and tidy.
