I stayed here for the last 6 months during an internship at Airbus, and the room itself was great for me. As you can see on the pictures, there is lots of space in which I could easily accommodate a two-person bed and a huge couch. The couch, in combination with a projector, allowed for many good evenings with friends sitting down and watching series. Whatever you intend to do with it, 25m2 is a lot, and you will not find yourself lacking any space.
As a note, most of the furnish seen on the pictures is for sale if interested.
The WG is as central as it gets in Friedrichshafen. Upon leaving the house, you can reach Hafenbahnhof in 2 minutes, the parking places in 3 minutes, Stadtbahnhof in 10, and when you don't need to go anywhere you can take a walk along the lakeside, which starts
at a convenient 50 meters away from your door. For me, I could get anywhere in no time with either the bus, bike, or car, and if I want to go to Munich or Konstanz, the FlixBus and Katamaran boarding places are just around the corner.
Though this place is in the city center, I've not encountered any disturbances due to loud noises at night. There are some bars in the neighborhood, but no big clubs.
Currently living with two girls and a guy, with mixed backgrounds. We speak a mixture of English and German in the house, and most of us are still students.
The fourth person just moved out though, and we are currently also looking for a new roommate for his (slightly smaller) room.
For any questions, or if you want to check out the place and meet the other roommates, just write me a message. When I applied for this room half a year ago, I had a Skype meeting with the flatmates as coming over from Holland would have been too big of an (unnecessary) hassle. If you are in a similar situation, this could of course be done as well for you.
