ich suche für dieses große und helle Zimmer eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Das Zimmer ist 20qm und ist mit großen Fenstern gestattet. Damit ist es sehr hell. Es ist möbliert: dazu gibt es ein Doppelbett (140cm), Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Sessel und 2 Schränke.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche (mit Essbereich) und 2 Badezimmer (Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt). Es gibt auch einen großen Keller (mit Waschmaschinen).
Ein großer und schöner Garten gibt es auch, wo man sich mit gutem Wetter entspannen kann.
Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung.

Hi,
I am looking for a new roomate for this big and bright bedroom.
The room is 20m2 and has two big windows, which makes it very bright. It’s furnished: there is a double bed (140cm), desk, office chair, armchair and 2 wardrobes.
The house has a kitchen (with eating area) and 2 bathrooms (toilet and shower are apart). There is also a big basement (with washers). You can also find a big and beautiful garden, where you can chill out with good weather.
The house has central heating.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG.
Zentrum und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß erreichbar (10 Minuten).
MTU ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Airbus und ZF sind auch nicht weit (Fahrrad oder Bus vom Bahnhof).
Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Bodensee Center). Fitnessstudio, Mediamark, Kaufland sind da.

The house is on ground floor.
The city center and the station are close (10 minutes).
MTU is only 2 minutes far. Airbus and ZF are also close (reachable with bike or bus from the station).
There are good possibilities to buy. Supermarket, gym or mediamarkt are near (Bodensee Center mall).
In der WG wohnen Berufstätige und Praktikanten, die bei ZF und Airbus arbeiten. Die Stimmung ist sehr angenehm: manchmal essen wir zusammen oder unternehmen wir etwas. Wir lassen auch Raum für jeden :)

Interns and employees from both ZF and Airbus live in the house. The atmosphere is very nice. We sometimes eat together or just do something at the weekend together. We also let personal space :)
Es gibt Internetanschluss. Es kostet 8€ monatlich extra.
Das Zimmer steht ab jetzt zur Verfügung. Umzug bis 1. März ist möglich.
