Das Zimmer ist möbliert und Internet, Heizung, Strom sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Das Bett ist ausziehbar und kann so auch als Doppelbett genutzt werden. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon, auf dem Du die Sonne geniessen oder Wäsche trocknen kannst. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse, die mit der benachbarten WG geteilt wird.
In der Wohnung leben noch drei weitere Personen, zwei Praktikanten und eine Studentin. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir treffen uns gerne zusammen, schauen Filme, kochen gemeinsam und reden über unseren Tag. Es ist aber auch in Ordnung, wenn Du in deinem Zimmer chillen möchtest, wenn Du einen langen Tag hattest :)
Die WG befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bodensee-Zentrum, Kaufland und Edeka. Es dauert etwa fünf Minuten zum See, wenn Du dort einen schönen Spaziergang oder ein Abendessen genießen moechtest. Du bist auch schnell beim Hauptbahnhof, es sind ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn Du ein Fahrrad hast, dauert alles ca. 2-5 Minuten :)
Die Wohnung ist nah an ZF, MTU, Zeppelin University und DHBW.

The room is furnished and internet, heat, electric is all included in the rent. The bed can be pulled out and iturns into a double bed. There is a nice balcony where you can sit outside the room. There is also a big terrace which is shared with the neighboring WG.
There are three other people living in the flat. We are not a "zweck" WG. We like to hangout together, watch movies, cook together, and talk about our day. It is also fine if you want to chill in your room if you had a long day:) There are two interns living in the apartment now and one student.
The WG is located close to the Bodensee center, Kaufland, and Edecka. It takes about five mins to the lake if you want to enjoy a nice walk or dinner there. You can also get to the main station quickly it is about a 10 min walk. If you have a bicycle all takes about 2-5mins :)
The flat is also really close to ZF, MTU, Zeppelin University, and DHBW.
