ich habe ein Zimmer von Anfang Januar bis Ende März 2020 zur Untermiete in einer 4er-WG im STUDENTENWOHNHEIM von SEEZEIT zur Verfügung.
Ausstattung:
- möblierte Zimmer (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch, Büro-Drehstuhl)
- Einbauküche
- zwei Sanitärbereiche
- WLAN (eduroam)
- Kabel-TV-Anschluss (Nutzung kostenfrei)
- Waschmaschine / Trockner in separatem Waschraum (Nutzung gegen Gebühr)
- Fahrradkeller
Das Wohnheim ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur DHBW und ZU ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Am Campus ist ein Bushaltestelle von der jede halbe Stunde ein Bus in die Innenstadt fährt.
Das Zimmer darf nur an Studenten/Studentinnen vermietet werden.
