WG-Zimmer in bunter WG in Fürstenfeldbruck/Emmering

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Zweimal umgefallen und du bist im Hölzl, dem grünen Herz von Fürstenfeldbruck. Der kleine Wald ersetzt dir im Sommer mit seinen vielen Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen den Urlaub am Mittelmeer. Die kühlen Nebenflüsse der Amper, die sich durch das gesamte Hölzl schlängeln, bieten sich zudem hervorragend zum Baden oder Schlauchbootfahren an.


Das Haus befindet sich zwar an der Zufahrts- und Hauptstraße von Emmering - ABER - dank modernster Lärmschutzwände bekommst du den Straßenlärm nur minimal mit. Viel mehr steht dir dank seiner zentralen Lage die ganze kulinarische Vielfalt Emmerings in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung. Egal ob Supermärkte, Bank, Lotto, Apotheke, Eis, Pizza, bayrische oder indische Küche - du erreichst alles in weniger als 5 Gehminuten.

Emmering hat zwar keinen Bahnhof, aber dafür die schönsten Bushaltestellen des Landkreises. In weniger als einer Minute erreichst du den nächsten Bus, der dich bequem zum Brucker Bahnhof bringt. Solltest du eher der sportliche Typ sein, erreichst du den Bahnhof von Fürstenfeldbruck in circa 15 Gehminuten.
Solltest du ein Auto haben und zum Beispiel nach München pendeln, bist du in circa zwei Minuten auf der B471, die dich in 20 Minuten in die Landeshauptstadt bringt. Stellplätze für Autos sind vorhanden.

Das Einfamilienhaus ist Teil einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung. Das Haus liegt dabei am
Ende der Siedlung, direkt neben einem kleinen, gemütlichen Park.

The location couldn't be any better. You just have to leave the house and cross the street to get to the Hölzl, the green heart of Fürstenfeldbruck and our "third living room". The small forest with its many shadow and sunny spots saves you the money of expensive summer vacations. We spend a lot of time there swimming or doing chill rafting tours.


The house is diectly at the entrance of Emmering and very close to the main street, although noise is not a problem, thanks to state-of-the-art technology noise barriers. But thanks to this location you will have the full Emmering experience. Supermarkets, Banks, Lotto, pharmacies, Icecream, pizza, bavarian or indian cuisine, everthing is reachable in less than 5 minutes walking.

Emmering itself does not have a trainstation, but the most beautiful bus stops in the entire area. In about a minute you can reach the closest bus stop that will bring you in just a few minutes to the trainstation of either Fürstenfeldbruck or Olching. If you are more the sporty type you can also easily reach the station via bike or just walk.
If you have a car, you are on the B471 within 1 or 2 minutes, which brings you into munich in only 20 minutes. Parking spots for cars are also available.

The detached house is at the end of a little housing estate, directly next to a small park.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner kennen sich schon lange und haben das ein oder andere Mal bereits zusammengewohnt.

Aktuell wohnen mit dir im Haus: Alex (31) hat Lebensmitteltechnologie studiert, ist begeisterter Hobby-Fotograf und liebt es, seinen T3 wöchentlich zu reparieren. Florian (30) ist ein großartiger Koch und kümmert sich gerne um dein leibliches Wohl. Außerhalb der Küche findet man ihn häufig auf seinem Skateboard. Andreas (35) ist die gute Seele im Haus und unser Experte für Verschönerungen. Vom Küche streichen bishin zur Beschaffung von neuen Möbeln, ohne Ihn wäre das Innere des Hauses um einiges weniger gemütlich. Bernhard (27) ist Zimmerer Meister und somit Hauptverantworlicher für Handwerkliche Aktionen im Haus. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Rugby und feiert gerne. Neva (21) macht gerade eine Ausbildung, geht gerne feiern oder lädt Freunde für Spieleabende ein. Chris (30) ist unser neuester Zuwachs (seit Frühling dieses Jahres). Er liebt Fußball und schwimmt gerne im Fluss in der Nähe unseres Hauses.

Grundsätzlich gilt: Wir sind IN KEINEM FALL eine Zweck-WG. Das harmonische Zusammenleben ist uns allen sehr wichtig. Wir sind alle entspannt und keine pedantischen Regelfanatiker - ABER - wir würden uns trotzdem SEHR über Mitbewohner freuen, die ihr Leben im Griff und das Grundprinzip von Sauberkeit verstanden haben ;). Extrovertierte, ausgelassene Menschenfreunde sowie introvertierte, friedfertige Gemüter sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Neben jede Menge Gaudi und regelmäßigem Besuch bietet das Haus mit seinem 400 qm² Wohnfläche natürlich genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Your new roommates know each other for a very long time already and used to live together already before.

Currently living in the house: Alex (31) studied food technology, is an excited hobby photographer and loves it to repair his old T3 on a weekly basis. Florian (30) is an awesome cook that will make sure you will never starve. Outside of the kitchen you will mostly find him on his skateboard. Andreas (35) is the good soul of the house und our expert for interior design. From painting the kitchen to getting new furniture, without him, the house would be way less comfortable. Bernhard (27) is a carpenter master which makes him the main responsible for any crafty actions in the house. In his free time he plays rugby and likes to party. Neva (21) is doing an apprenticeship, likes to go partying or inviting friends for game nights. Chris (30) is our newest roommate (since spring this year). He loves soccer and swimming in the river near our house.

Generally: We value a harmonic atmosphere A LOT! We are all very relaxed and no rule fanatics - BUT - we are VERY happy about roommates that have control over their lives and have a decent understanding of cleanliness ;) If you are an extroverted party lover or an introverted calm person, everyone is very welcome. Apart from a lot of fun and people visiting us, the house with its 400 m² also offers a lot of space to be by yourself.

Wir freuen uns über jede neue Zuschrift, werden aber Gesuche a la "Wann kann ich einziehen?" oder "Hallo, Besichtigungstermin?" nicht weiter berücksichtigen. Ihr müsst uns keinen Roman schreiben, aber genug um euch ein wenig kennenzulernen :)

We are happy about every message, but thinks like "When can i move in?" or "Hello, viewing appointment?" will be ignored. You don't have to write a full book, but a few lines describing yourself to get to know you a little bit would be highly appreciated :)
