In unserem ruhig, am grünen Ortsrand gelegenen Anwesen gibt es eine gemütliche, modernisierte 6-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die WG besteht derzeit aus 5 sympathischen, netten jungen Leuten. Das freie Zimmer kostet 270 Euro (kalt), dazu kommen 60 Euro für Heizung, Wasser, Abwasser, Müll und Strom, dazu 10 Euro für eine Flatrate Telefon und Internet). Zur Wohnung gehören eine eingerichtete geräumige Küche (incl. Waschmaschine) und ein großer Wohn-/Essraum sowie 2 Bäder, je eines im 1. und 2. OG.
Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß, ruhig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.
Von der S-Bahnstation benötigt man 30 MInuten bis MUC Hbf.
