We would like to rent 1 room in our house located at Entensteig, fürth. Rooms are available only until March 2024.
Location is fully residential houses and very calm. House has 2 floors , ground and first (dach).
Room available is on first floor , Room has study table and chair and mattress.
Room is freshly painted an you will be first to move in after renovation.
On first floor its 2 bedrooms , living room and one bathroom with toilet and shower. Kitchen is on ground floor only.
Connection to public transport is 3 minutes by walk as bus 178 goes by and if needed there is s bahn station Dambach and alte.
House has garden at back and tenant can use it with permission as our bedroom is facing garden.
Car parking is easily available on street and is free.
You can use keller if you require to out your stuff.
House is located in Fürth Dambach area , Area is quite calm and nice and clean.
Super markets Norma & Rewe , Apotheke, ATM are within 1 Kms of reach

Busstop is 3 minutes by walk, Dambach/FÜ Eschenau & Dambach/FÜ Forsthausbrücke
S bahn also goes by and there 2 stations nearby, Dambach Fürth 1,2 km & Alte Veste 1,5 km
Forest is just across 2 houses and its quite nice to jog on the Europakanal, which is 500 meter from house.
If you are interested in Football club & few other sports they are 200 metere from house-TV Fürth 1860 Gustav-Schickedanz-Sportfeld
Its not a typical WG, we renovated the house couple of months back and we can now rent 2 rooms for next 6 months.
I am working & travel couple of days in week. Most days I am working from home.
I cook almost daily and outgoing person. Very social person but at some point keep some space.
Ideal for students or working people who needs accommodation for few days in a week.
I am very social and usally going out or cathing up with friends and family in the area. I like sports and play different sports for fun. You can join if you are jogging friendly :)
We cant allow you to use our Living room on ground floor, but you can use the garden with the permission.
I usually dont expect many guests as I would like to keep the privacy. House a has one entrance only .

You can get your furniture in living room above if you need it.
