Spacious Room in shared flat with 3 other people. There is a 30 sqm room available in the center of Fürth (Bayern) in our four-person shared flat! We are looking for a new roommate from 01.01.2024, with the potential option of moving to another room if you plan a long-term stay.
The room will be left partially furnished. The rent includes all the services, including internet. The room has large bright windows with a view of the main street.
We are seeking a person 25 years old or older, quiet, responsible, committed to house chores, and very clean.
The apartment is located at Nürnberger Straße 25. Its central location allows you to reach almost everything you need in less than a 10-minute walk (EDEKA, Netto, Bars, restaurants, shopping mall, etc.). The Fürth train station is an 8-minute walk away. Additionally, the U-Bahn station at Jakobinenstr is about 5 minutes from the apartment, along with multiple bus stops in the area. It will take you approximately 5 to 15-min (Train or U-Bahn) to go to Nurnberg and 5-10 min to go to Erlangen by train! Furthermore, we have a beautiful park right behind the apartment.
Your new roommates are Asia, Momcilo and Rafael. We all are master’s students at FAU, with some of us nearing the completion of our studies. This opens the possibility for you to move to a different room if you plan to stay longer.
It is very important to us to maintain a respectful and calm environment in the apartment. We are not the type of flat that hosts parties. Additionally, we all share a strong commitment to cleanliness and keeping the flat in good condition.
