2 rooms available for rent. Even though in basement, the rooms are almost always bright. The rooms include the following furniture:
Single cot with mattress, bed-spreads and pillows, quilts, a table, a chair, a wardrobe and a cupboard.
Each room has its own LAN cable, also included in rent.
The kitchen is shared and includes all the vessels and cutlery needed for daily life. It also includes a refrigerator and a Baking Oven. There are 2 independent toilets and bathrooms, one for women and one for men. So there won't be any early morning traffic ;)
I have not measured the room dimensions, but it is spacious enough for a single person (more than 16 qm)
The room rent is 260 Euros all inclusive. The deposit is 500 Euros.
The room is located in a quiet and green surrounding. Connectivity is very good;
2 mins walk to the Bus-stop.
It takes 20-25 mins to Nuremberg Hbf or Erlangen Hbf.
Fürth Rathaus and Fürth Hbf 10 mins in bicycle and takes 5 to 10 mins by Bus.
There is a beautiful green park nearby where you could go for a jog/walk or a bicycle ride.
Groceries:
Aldi, Rewe and Rossmann --> 5 mins walking distance.
Restaurants:
MCd, Khan (Mongolian), Pasha Grill (Turkish) --> 5 mins
Vapiano --> 10 mins
Others:
Ikea and Selgros located within 10 mins walking distance.
"Jet" oil station is just in next to the room.
McFit within 10 mins by Bus and GYM in 5 min walking distance.
The room is in a 5er WG with 4 men and a woman. It is a place with people from different countries. The lady (Hungarian) joined us from 1.11.2016 so I don't know much about her. Others are Arnold (21, Tanzanian) recently joined Bachelors course in Regensburg, Amr (27, Egyptian), finished his studies in Medicine and searching for a job, Flavio (~30, Italian), works in an Italian restaurant and comes back very late (1.00 AM). I (Vinay, 27, Indian) finished my Master studies in Micro-electronics and have found a job in Herzogenaurach. Arnold wants to shift to Regensburg and I to Erlangen, so both our rooms are available.
Most of the day, there is no one in the rooms so it will be calm (if you are a student). Even during the evenings or weekends, the place is silent and calm. The roommates are very helpful.
A cleaning lady cleans the common area every Thursday. The rooms must be cleaned by yourself.
Smoking is allowed in the Garden.
