Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer, also 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Außerdem eine helle große Küche mit Essplatz, ein neu gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine separate Toilette. Du wirst mit einer angehenden Lehrerin im Referendariat und einem berufstätigen Produktgestalter zusammmen wohnen.
Es wäre wichtig, dass du für länger ein Zimmer suchst, nicht nur für ein paar Monate.
Eine Zweckgemeinschaft ist ausdrücklich nicht erwünscht, zusammen kochen, essen & mal was unternehmen aber gerne!
Das alles gibt es für 300€ incl. aller Kosten (internet/telefon mit Flatrate).

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen Jakobinenstraße und Stadtgrenze, man ist also schnell in beide Richutngen unterwegs. in 5 min ist man zu Fuss am Wiesengrund bzw. Stadtpark, wo man sich im Sommer schön aufhalten kann. Einkaufstechnisch ist ein Netto fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten Aldi, Norma, Ebl, Fristo per Radl. Tankstelle für Notfälle direkt gegenüber... :)
